TECHNICAL POLICY

The technical policy of OJSC Naftan is a system of strategic measures carried out by the management of the Company in the area of short-term and long-term prospects for increasing the competitiveness of production. The policy defines a set of managerial and technical measures aimed at improvement of efficiency, technical level, reliability and safety of process equipment on the basis of proven in operation scientific-based technical solutions and technologies.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE TECHNICAL POLICY:
  • Creation of technological prerequisites for successful functioning of the Company in conditions of existing and probable economic and political factors by ensuring the necessary level of technical readiness of production at an optimal cost level;
  • Ensuring industrial and environmental safety of the Company's operations;
  • Obtaining economic and technical effect from the implementation of organizational and technical measures of the technical policy.
