In 2008 the hotel and the restaurant were reconstructed. Using modern finishing materials, the core of the complex – the hall of the hotel – was fully redesigned. Original illumination of the building was installed. Floor carpet cover was changed in the hotel, the restaurant and the bar. The hotel rooms and the restaurant were equipped with a new, more reliable fire alarm system, the doors of elevator shafts were changed. Based upon results of the reconstruction, the Ministry of Emergencies adopted the decision to issue Naftan hotel complex a license for operation as the facility for hosting of mass flow of people.

In due time the hotel was the first in the country to have received "three star" category, and each year officially proves this status. European design, impeccable cleanliness, cosy and friendly atmosphere, high quality servicing established positive reputation of the hotel referred by tourists and businessmen.

Naftan Supermarket

Naftan supermarket was launched on January 29, 1999. Today it is a modern trade facility with the average monthly turnover of a billion roubles. It comprises a shop and a bar in the oil refinery staff town Mezhdurechye, a shop in Moshnitsa village where auxiliary facilities of Naftan are located, a bar on the gas filling station in Polotsk, and a craft shop in the hall of the hotel Naftan. In 2007-2008 the supermarket opened the department of household goods, modernized refrigerating equipment in the sales area. The goods with the plant's trade mark are fresh and carry a lower sales premium than in other shops of the town. On the stalls one can find carp bred in Naftan fish ponds, meat produced at own auxiliary facilities, vegetables from Naftan greenhouses. The most demanding customer will be content with the range of other food and household products. The enterprise maintains long-standing contacts with manufacturers in Belarus and abroad.
