Naftan OJSC (social and housing complex) administers 8 educational establishments (kindergartens) including a sanatorium kindergarten where over 1,000 children aged 1-7 years are taken care of.
There is educational, health improvement and treatment and preventive work carried out at such establishments.
Main tasks of education are:
 protection and improvement of health of the child, forming of basics of the healthy life style;
molding humane relations with parents, provision of emotional comfort, psychological health of each child;
provision of full timely and varied psychological development of the child (cognitive, emotional and will processes, different activities);
education of personality of the child, development of its creative potential and abilities;
active familiarization of the children with general human and national values.
All groups have subject development environment meeting educational requirements. Comfortable and safe conditions for children are created in all rooms.
Qualified teachers hold different activities with children, organize holidays and leisure, interesting excursions. Hobby clubs function for pre-school age children.
Programs and technologies of domestic and foreign authors are widely used in planning of activities with the children.
