The central laboratory of Naftan OJSC (CL) carries out testing of fuels, lubrication oils, bitumen and other oil processing products, consumer goods, ambient air of industrial and sanatorium and protected zones, waste and natural water in accordance with the scope of accreditation.

      The purpose of the quality assurance policy is provision of services of testing compliant with the established methodologies and requirements of the customer which is performed at high quality level and in due time.

      The quality assurance policy is aimed at:

• provision of compliance of the current quality management system of CL with the requirements of Belarusian Standard ISO/IEC 17025-2007;
• provision of objectiveness and reliability of testing;
• carrying out testing at high technical and organizational levels;
• adoption of new testing methodologies in order to expand the range of tested products;
• provision that all employees of CL are aware of the documentation on quality assurance, implement quality assurance policy in their work and understand the importance of compliance with the requirements of the customer and legal and regulatory requirements;
• continuous improvement of professional skills of the staff;
• continuous improvement of performance results of the quality assurance system;
• improvement of economic efficiency of the testing laboratory through reasonable use of human, technical, economic and organizational resources.
